Relevant Experiences

We are collecting accounts from individuals who have experienced procedural issues in Whatcom County Superior Court proceedings, including:

  • Orders entered without adequate notice or service
  • Ex parte submissions processed without proper tracking or verification
  • Unexplained or unauthorized judicial signatures on real estate or property documents
  • Fee or sanctions awards without a proper motion or predicate ruling
  • Written orders containing findings or dollar amounts not stated at any prior hearing
  • Missing service records in the Odyssey docket
  • Revision hearings conducted as affirmance rather than independent review
  • Any other procedural departure from what Washington court rules and statutes require
How Submissions Are Used All submissions are reviewed and may be used for public-interest documentation purposes. Your identifying information will never be published without your explicit consent. You may submit anonymously.

Submissions help identify patterns across multiple cases, strengthen the evidentiary basis for public documentation, and provide context for journalists and researchers.
